The backstory
Viggle blew up on Discord by letting anyone map a dance or action video onto a static character image. It is a single trick, and general video models now accept a reference clip and a character image to do the same thing with better fidelity and longer output. The meme wave it rode has also moved on to newer formats. Fun while it lasted, but one effect is not a defensible product.
