Keep paying — OpenAI has not replaced it

The backstory
Supernotes treats every note as a small card you can link, nest and share, which makes capture fast and browsing feel physical. Chat assistants with memory absorb a lot of casual jotting, since people now think out loud at a model instead of writing it down. Supernotes survives because it is a real database you own and share with named people, and because speed of capture is a craft problem no chat window has solved.
