The backstory
OutWrite, formerly GradeProof, offered grammar fixes plus paraphrasing and sentence rewriting to make prose stronger. Its whole value was reworded sentences on demand, exactly what Grok, ChatGPT and other free assistants now do better in context. With rewriting commoditized inside general chatbots, a paid single-purpose rewriter has little left to sell. The core job was absorbed wholesale, so the verdict is killed.
