The backstory
Litmus made its name rendering an email in every client so marketers could catch broken layouts in Outlook. Modern builders and AI-generated templates output HTML that is already tested against those quirks, and inbox clients have converged. Paying a hundred dollars a month to preview something that now works by default is a hard case to make. The problem it solved has largely been designed out.
