Instantly is a cold-email platform built around sending at scale, inbox rotation and automated warmup to keep messages out of spam. ChatGPT can write the copy, but copy was never the hard part. Instantly survived because the moat is deliverability infrastructure: managing many sending accounts, warming them and landing in the inbox is operational plumbing a chatbot cannot replace, so free AI writing barely dents its core value.
