Keep paying — OpenAI has not replaced it

The backstory
Hippocratic AI builds voice agents for the patient contact that never happens because nobody has time: chronic care check-ins, medication reminders, pre-operative instructions. It deliberately excludes diagnosis, which is the design decision that makes the whole thing deployable, and prices per hour against nursing labour rather than per seat. General voice agents are improving fast, and the constellation of clinical safety models and the liability posture around them is the part that is slow to replicate.
