The backstory
Toggl Track records billable hours against clients and projects and turns them into reports and invoices. Assistants can guess where your time went from calendar and document activity, which handles the reflective use case. Toggl survives because billing is not a guess: the record has to be defensible to a client, tied to a rate card and exportable to accounting. Approximate AI inference is the wrong shape for money owed.
