Secureframe automates the tedious parts of getting certified, continuously monitoring cloud infrastructure and pulling evidence needed for a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit rather than making a company chase screenshots manually. An AI chatbot can explain what a SOC 2 control requires, but it cannot connect to a company's actual AWS account, Okta instance and HR system to continuously collect real evidence an auditor will accept, which is the regulated, integration-heavy work Secureframe actually sells.
