The backstory
Rows is a spreadsheet with built-in data integrations and AI, pulling live data from sources like databases, ads and APIs directly into cells. ChatGPT's data analysis can crunch an uploaded CSV, but that is a static snapshot. Rows survived because live integrations make it more than a chat over a file: dashboards refresh automatically, and the familiar spreadsheet interface plus connected data give it a workflow a one-off analysis session does not.
