The backstory
Postscript went deep on Shopify rather than broad, which made it the natural SMS choice for merchants who wanted something that understood their catalogue and order data natively. Klaviyo then added SMS to the email platform those same merchants already used, and one vendor with one audience view is a very strong argument.
