The backstory
OnceHub does scheduling with the enterprise trimmings: routing rules, qualification forms, team distribution and payments before booking. Scheduling is the clearest example in this archive of a feature becoming free infrastructure, with Microsoft Bookings included in Microsoft 365 and Google offering appointment schedules to anyone with a calendar. What remains chargeable is the routing complexity that large sales and services organisations need, which is a much smaller market than scheduling generally.
