The backstory
Google Analytics is the near-default way sites measure traffic and behavior, and it's free. Asking questions of your data in plain English is now standard, including inside GA itself, so natural-language analytics tools aren't a threat so much as a feature GA absorbed. It survived because the moat isn't the query interface; it's the collection pipeline already installed on millions of sites and the zero price. AI sits on top of the data GA gathers rather than replacing how that data is captured.
