AI code integrity and test generation.
why this verdict
Keep it — Anthropic has not replaced it
Anthropic's version overlaps, but does not finish the dev tools job, so this one is still worth keeping open.

The backstory
Qodo (formerly Codium) focuses on code integrity: generating tests, reviewing pull requests, and catching regressions inside the developer workflow. Claude Code can review code broadly, but Qodo's test-first, PR-integrated approach targets a specific gap, keeping changes verifiably correct. It survived by narrowing on testing and code quality inside the review loop rather than trying to be a general coding assistant.
