The backstory
Juro handles the contract lifecycle: templated drafting, negotiation, approvals and e-signature in one workspace. Claude can now draft clauses, flag risky terms and summarize agreements from a prompt, absorbing the AI-review layer Juro promotes. But the collaboration, approval workflows, audit trail and signature system remain a real platform a chatbot cannot be. The AI-assist edge is bundled away, so Juro is wounded, not dead.
