ClickUp is an all-in-one work platform bundling tasks, docs, goals, whiteboards and chat so a team can run everything in one place. AI agents that suggest or manage tasks sound threatening, but a chatbot can only propose; it doesn't hold the team's live plan. ClickUp survived because it is the system of record where work actually lives, with permissions, integrations, reporting and the cross-team breadth that keeps people logging in. AI became a feature inside it rather than a replacement for it.
